What to bring;

Daylongs bring comfortable layered clothing and shoes for hiking. Bring a lunch and drinks, some drinks will be provided.(No alcohol) You may want to bring a refillable water bottle, a note pad and pen.

Retreats bring layers of comfortable clothing, toiletries, hiking shoes, books to share if you like, a refillable water bottle, a note pad and pen. All meals will be provided unless otherwise stated.

Donations: Our Center runs on the fees collected for each class. All donations are gratefully accepted and are the teachers only compensation.
